Mystery Pack Questions
What info do I need to provide for a mystery pack?
Mystery packs require a quite exhaustive form to be filled out at checkout, your call on what you fill in. This is how I make sure your mystery item feels fun and not completely unhinged in the wrong direction.
You’ll be asked about things like:
- themes or vibes you like
- fandoms you enjoy and the characters within
- colors you love or hate
- interests, references, or inside jokes
- some questions get quite personal – feel free to skip any questions you do not feel comfortable answering
- anything you absolutely do not want included
The more you give me, the better the mystery turns out.
What happens if I don’t fill out the form?
If the form isn’t filled out, I’ll reach out once. If I don’t hear back, I’ll make creative choices based on the info available — dealer’s choice.
That outcome is valid, but surprises will be extra surprising.
Can I request “no surprises” in a mystery pack?
Not really 😅
You can give guidance and boundaries, but the final design is still a surprise. If knowing exactly what you’re getting is important, a standard custom order is probably a better fit.
Can I ask for something specific inside a mystery pack?
Yes, you betcha. Anything specific you have in mind please shoot over. I’ve had plenty of people add in very specific ideas or images that fit their wants to their mystery packs.
Are mystery packs refundable or exchangeable?
Because mystery packs are custom and surprise-based, they’re final sale. If something arrives damaged or there’s an error on my end, I will fix it immediately — but “it’s not what I expected” isn’t a valid return reason here.
Will my mystery pack be weird?
Almost certainly. But within the boundaries you give me.
If you want something safe, predictable, or corporate-clean, mystery packs may not be your thing — and that’s okay.
